How do I book an appointment?

Call 905-668-APEX (2739) during clinic hours or send a message with the form on this page, and the team will reply to arrange a time.

Where do I park?

Parking is free for dental visits at the Whitby Health Centre. The Apex Dental Centre is on the ground floor of the building at 198 Des Newman Blvd.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring identification, your insurance or CDCP details, a list of the medications you take, and any recent dental records or X-rays you have.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call the office as early as possible during clinic hours (Monday 9 AM to 5 PM; Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM; Friday 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM; Sunday closed). If you have swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or bleeding that will not stop, go to a hospital emergency department.
